First things first

Good morning to all , as my feet hit the floor  so do my knees, thanking god for another day to live,and continue on with this thing we like to call life,, It looks like its going to be a great day to get some things accomplish, today the temperature will go up to 81degrees,low of 67,,, weather like this is so motivating , there's no way you can just sit and let this day pass you by.... So after cleansing your mind and soul with a morning conversation with Jah, time to move onto the physical well being ,, I like to start off with 20 Min's of Yoga for a great stretch, then a 2 1/2 mile walk around the park with my my exercise buddies, one has two legs the other has four, then back inside for a good breakfast , whether its a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch(one of my new favorites), or an  Egg Omelet with Mozzarella & Spinach and Mushrooms, which comes out better then any franchise restaurant thanks to the teachings of Rachel Ray, after breakfast time to take my Multivitamin , then Bio 10( this is a miracle in a pill for hair ,skin,and nails)and depending on my mood maybe even a Vitamin B, next is to cleanse the outside with a power shower as I use my new favorite Body Wash its from Soft Soap Wild Bamboo& Cherry Blossom (the smell is hypnotizing) then we move on to any lotion of choice preferably one with sunscreen( yes we all need to protect our skin from this damaging sun even when were not on the beach). Last thing I make sure of, is to make sure my bed is made , how awful is it to have such a inspiring day then you end it with a messed up bed(not good).Lets all remember the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day, if your morning is in order the rest of your day should just follow..,,Once again I say Goodmorning and have a Great Day!!
